Human Reproductive Anatomy Reference Card

This reference card is a helpful teaching aide during clinic visits or health education classes. The 8.5x11 double-sided, laminated card contains male and female reproductive anatomy diagrams with bilingual terms.

Somali Decisions About Child Spacing Booklet: Go’aan Qaadashada Kala Durkinta Carruurta Soomaalida

This 30 page booklet gives useful information about methods that Somali women and men can use if they would like to space their children.  The booklet highlights five questions in helping couples make decisions about child spacing.

Questions addressed include:

    * Is this method safe?
    * Does this method work well?
    * How can I get this method?
    * Can I get pregnant after I stop using this method?
    * Will this method protect me from sexually transmitted infections and diseases?

Methods discussed include: Breastfeeding, Depo-Provera, IUD, Oral contraceptives, Natural Family Planning, Condom, Vaginal Spermicides, Diaphragm or Cervical Cap, NuvRing, Emergency Contraception, and Sterilization.
